HOW TO USE IT
Using the tip of the pencil, pass the Lip Liner around the outer lip line, sculpting around the cupid's bow to build fullness.
Gently etch the lip pencil into the centre of lips, creating a long-lasting base like a lip primer. Finish with the Matte Lipstick by applying in the centre of the lips for intense colour.
