HOW TO USE IT

Use an eye pencil to fill in your brows if needed (check out our Precision Eyebrow Pencil). Before applying the Picasso Ultra Brow Pomade, thoroughly look for areas where brow hair is absent or are less.

Brush the brows with the Precision brush provided the way you want to before applying the pomade. This brush will help you set your brows once you apply the brow pomade.

Do not apply a lot of brow pomade. Remember, like mascara, you only need a little for your brows. Only take a little bit of pomade from the excess of the container initially.

Do not brush the product on your brows in a hurry. Take one brow at a time and work on it. Brush the pomade on one brow at a time. Brush outwards to make sure the pomade is smoothing out and is being distributed equally.
