By applying for sponsorship for a wig, I understand that Precision Cancer Care is a social cause with limited resources and designed to assist people in financial need to obtain a wig.

I am entitled to apply for sponsorship in a form of a free wig if I meet the following eligibility criteria:

• I am a woman- Essential

• I have been diagnosed with Cancer - Essential

• I am going through or will be going through Chemotherapy, Radiation therapy or any other cancer therapy- Essential

• Financial Need- I cannot afford a wig and meet my essential needs- Essential

•  I am from a minority group or I classify myself as BAME and struggle to find a wig close to the texture of my natural hair- Not Essential

We believe that doing something that brings a smile on a Queen's face is better than doing nothing at all.
